Public Speaking

I have been fortunate to have had a career in motivational speaking, which began in 1986 and supported me while attending law school full time.  My success in this arena continued beyond and during my career with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial to present. Clients have included major corporations and organizations such as IBM, the Million Dollar Roundtable, Lutheran Brotherhood, Metropolitan Life Insurance and many others.

More recently I have done work in an academic setting for students studying architecture, conflict and public art. As an example, I was asked to participate in an architectural zoom class with a professor and students assigned to choose a historic event or place, and design a memorial to that place in time and history.  My purpose is to keep the powerful message of this memorial alive.
